The RFO – Partnership – RFO Steering Committee

The Main Partners of the RFO "Change on Borders" have established an RFO-Steering Committee. This was the joint decision-making body of the RFO and a basis to oversee and control the entire RFO-management and implementation process.

Main task of the RFO-Steering Committee was to assure the ongoing work process of the RFO and its activities. In this context, it was responsible for the selection and approval of the RFO-sub-projects and for taking decisions on overall administrative and financial issues.

The Steering Committee was composed of the Lead Partner and one representative of every Main Partner. The Financial Manager and the Helpdesk had a supportive function in the RFO Steering Committee.
