The RFO – Management – Helpdesk
The RFO-Helpdesk had been established to provide targeted technical assistance and support for all RFO-activities.
The Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) fulfilled the role of the RFO-Helpdesk, mainly due to its
extensive and long-lasting experience in providing technical assistance to European border and cross-border regions.
The Helpdesk supported the Main Partners in the development of the sub-projects (SWGs) e.g. with partner search activities,
individual assistance in completing the application or in the implementation of the sub-projects and cross-border activities.
Its further responsibility was the assessment of the sub-project applications. Besides, the Helpdesk contributed to the
content work of the Thematic Forums and the Annual Conferences.
