The RFO – Management – Financial Manager

The Main Partners of the RFO "Change on Borders" had decided to delegate the financial management to the NRW.BANK (former Investitionsbank NRW) based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The NRW.BANK has extensive experience in managing EU-funds. The Financial Manager was responsible for the joint RFO-bank account, for a sound bookkeeping system and in particular for the RFO internal handling of EU-funds and co-financing.

Furthermore, the Financial Manager prepared the Implementation Agreement being signed between the NRW.BANK and the RFO sub-projects and he also took care of a proper financial implementation of the project.
